The 2026 Whole System Health Conference is co-hosted by the California Behavioral Health Association and California Hospital Association. This dynamic conference convenes federal leaders, elected officials, behavioral health agency teams, county representatives, people with lived experience, and statewide advocacy partners for a powerful, solutions‑focused gathering. Attendees will engage directly with decision‑makers, community organizations, and frontline providers to explore national and state trends shaping today’s behavioral health systems. Together, we will examine how to mobilize more effectively and build a comprehensive, equitable behavioral health system that truly serves everyone.
